The MS Wissenschaft science exhibition ship is a hands-on, interactive exhibition centre. Focusing on socially relevant topics, the MS Wissenschaft takes a tour through Germany every year, inviting visitors to marvel and explore.

This year, it is casting off in the name of bioeconomy and the agrosystems of the future are on board. Virtual reality lets visitors marvel at the future of food production.

The various exhibits on the MS Wissenschaft show that current challenges faced by agriculture, such as nature conservation, urbanisation, climate change and supplying a growing world population, can be addressed with innovative ideas such as raw material cycles and microorganisms for a bio-based economy.
