The GreenGrass consortium presented itself at the Nature and Agriculture Day in Bernau on 26 May 2023. The event took place within the framework of Baden-Württemberg's dialogue on change. The focus was on grazing livestock of the future - the topic GreenGrass is working on intensively.

GreenGrass develops innovative technologies to achieve forward-looking and sustainable pasture management. The GreenGrass team had a stand at the event where they presented the consortium's vision with the help of virtual reality glasses. In addition to the information stand, GreenGrass also took part in the panel discussion: Anna Kiefer discussed the most important criteria for grazing livestock of the future together with other experts.

The aim of the event was to identify challenges and to create a dialogue with politicians at the state level and the administration at the regional and municipal level in order to support grazing livestock farmers and to ensure the continued existence of grazing farming. The event was attended by Peter Hauk, Minister for Food, Rural Areas and Consumer Protection and Thekla Walker, Minister for the Environment, Climate and Energy Management.
