Successful companies and research institutes and founders from the Potsdam Science Park, Brandenburg and Berlin presented novel food and medical innovations and exciting, innovative projects. In the panel discussion "Why is a transformation of the food system important?", Dr. Ina Henkel (German Institute of Human Nutrition Potsdam-Rehbrücke), Katharina Petereit (KitchenTown Berlin) and Dr. Rebecca Klopsch from the central coordination office of the "Agricultural Systems of the Future" discussed the current challenges, sustainable approaches as well as new potentials for a viable and sustainable food production.
